Benjamin O’Brien was appointed as President of the Professional Fire Fighters of Vermont in April of 2013. He was elected PFFV Secretary/Treasurer at the 2007 convention in Burlington, VT. Prior to this he served as the PFFV Vice President from 2005-2007. He also served the Burlington Fire Fighters Association L3044 as President from 2006-2008 and Secretary from 2004-2006. He was elected as a Trustee to the Burlington Employees Retirement System in 2010. Benjamin is a Lieutenant with the Burlington Fire Department where he has worked since 1998. He is currently assigned to Tower Co.1.
